Barack Obama claimed victory in the Democratic presidential campaign Tuesday night. CNN projects Obama secured enough delegates to make history as the first African-American to lead a U.S. major-party ticket. But Hillary Clinton said she was not yet ready to make a decision on her campaign's future.
